I literally went vegetarian but nothing worked because I was still pounding the Dr. Peppers. Years later I told my doctor it was the Soda….He did not agree. I have known it has been HFC for years but no doctor would listen. Since giving up all soda and drinking a ton of water, I am able to live without gout attacks.
